Join us for a series of special events designed to support, celebrate, and connect foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers. These gatherings provide a welcoming space for caregivers to share experiences, gain valuable resources, and build lasting relationships within the community. Events may include guest speakers, training sessions, family-friendly activities, and opportunities for peer support. If you are a caregiver, these events are here to uplift and empower you.

TBRI Virtual Training
TBRI Virtual Training:
Geared specifically for individuals who care for children from hard places, TBRI Caregiver Training equips you with tangible tools and strategies to help promote healing and wholeness. Taught in four modules, the program covers brain chemistry, trauma impacts, attachment research, the harmonious pillars of TBRI: Connection, Empowerment, and Correction, and more.
ALL TRAINING IS CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY, VIA A PRIVATE ZOOM LINK

Post-training consultation included: Includes an optional one-hour, post-training virtual consultation with one of Dwell's TBRI Practitioners.
All ticket sales are non-refundable.*
*It is Dwell's intention to deliver this impactful, trauma-informed training to any individual who will be able to use it for the benefit of the children with which they work. Please contact info@dwellorphancare.org if you are in need of assistance with the cost of the event.
TBRI Training through Dwell is free to all foster, adoptive, and kinship families, and to individuals who have legal or custodial guardianship of children in their care AND live in CLINTON, LYCOMING, COLUMBIA, BRADFORD, and/or UNION COUNTY, PA (some exceptions may apply to Union County. Please inquire). If you are a caregiver in this capacity AND you live in Clinton, Lycoming, Columbia, Bradford, and/or Union County, PA, please contact us at info@dwellorphancare.org to register for this training free of charge.

Post-Adoption Support Group
Join us for a potluck meal as we kick off our time together with connection, reflection, and encouragement.
After the meal, we’ll break into youth, teen, and adult groups for age-appropriate support and conversation.
Whether you’ve recently adopted or are soon-to-be adopting—this space is for you.

We Dwell Together Support Group
A faith-filled support group for foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers. A safe space to share your journey, find encouragement, and connect with others who understand.
We gather monthly on Zoom for conversation, prayer, and practical support to help you thrive in your caregiving role. Whether you’re just starting out or have been on this path for years, you belong here.
All are welcome.

Education Advocacy & Flight Night
Come join us for a night of education advocacy and fun at Avenue 209 Coffee House! Have you ever needed a resource for your child(ren) at school and didn't know where to go? Have you ever wanted to advocate for your child(ren) at school and didn't know what to say or who to go to? Join us for a panel discussion/ Q&A to get these questions and others answered. While your questions are being answered, de-stress with some coloring, stickers by number, and a flight of drinks provided by Avenue 209. Don't worry they will keep the flights lightly caffeinated or caffeine free depending on your preference!
This event is NOT limited to the ladies only. We actually encourage couples to attend. Make it a date night! Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect and engage with others who share your passion!
Please RSVP by 8/12 so there is appropriate staffing at Avenue 209.
